Access Data/Server Log Files
The provider (or its web space provider, respectively), gathers data about every access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: Name of the accessed website, file, date and time of access, transferred data volume, notice of successful access, browser type and version, the user’s operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited website), IP address and the requesting provider. The provider uses the log data only for statistical analyses for the purposes of the company, security, and the optimization of the offer. The provider reserves the right, however, to subsequently review the log data, if, based on specific indications, there is a justified suspicion of illegal use.
When establishing contact with the provider (for example, through a contact form or e-mail), the user’s information is stored, so that the request can be handled or in case there are follow-up questions.
When users access the offer, one or several cookies are stored on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file, which contains a certain sequence of characters, and which clearly identifies your browser. With the help of the cookies, the provider improves the user-friendliness and quality of its service, for example by storing user settings. Cookies do not damage the user’s computer and do not contain any viruses. The offering can also be used without cookies. On their computers, users can deactivate the storing of cookies, limit them to certain websites, or adjust the settings of their browser so that it informs them before a cookie is stored. You can delete the cookies from your hard drive at any time by using your computer’s privacy features. In this case, the functionality and user-friendliness of the offer may be limited.
Recall, Corrections, Notifications and Updates
The user is entitled to obtain, upon request, free information about the personal data that was stored about him. In addition, the user is entitled to correct incorrect data, as well as block and delete personal data, provided this does not violate legal archiving obligations.
